Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne has been the future of hospitality since 1893. A hoverboard. A room service robot. A virtual reality headset. Believe it or not, all these things are real today. The truth is: our future is being shaped by technology and innovation. And all industries have entered the run to not be left behind.
For 125 years, EHL has attracted generation after generation of hospitality visionaries and entrepreneurs. Our Faculty members transfer their passion for excellence and innovation in hospitality to each successive wave of students, who come away bursting with their own ideas and visions. More importantly perhaps, our students also leave EHL armed with all the tools they need to translate their visions into tangible actions and projects in the real world.
In 2009, EHL launched the world’s first business incubator dedicated to hospitality, which now supports a diverse range entrepreneurial projects. Our graduates and incubator clients benefit from a unique access to some of the best and most connected minds in the business.
